"I was expecting the white labeling to actually..."
I was expecting the white labeling to actually let me make things look like my own, but their branding still showed up in places I couldn’t really hide. It felt kinda misleading, and just not as polished as I hoped.
"Tally has been easy to use..."
Tally has been easy to use, and the forms look clean, which I really like. But the reporting side feels a bit too basic for what I needed. I was hoping for better breakdowns, more useful filters, and clearer reports without having to export everything constantly, if that makes sense. It’s totally fine for collecting responses, but if you need deeper reporting, it can get frustrating quickly. Not a bad tool, just not quite enough for my use case.
"Heads up: customization is limited"
Just a warning for anyone considering this, if you’re expecting to really tweak or fine-tune the forms, you might be disappointed. I found the customization options limited, and it didn’t give me the flexibility I was hoping for...

"The templates left me a little disappointed"
I remember opening it up hoping I’d find a few templates that would make things easier, but most of them just didn’t really click with me. There weren’t many that felt useful or polished, so I ended up feeling kind of let down.

"Spam is way less of a headache now"
I’ve been using tally forms on my site, and the spam protection has been solid. It catches most of the junk responses before I even have to deal with them, which is a huge relief. Setup was super easy too. I think I had maybe one weird entry slip through, but overall it’s saved me a ton of time deleting random spam.
"Feels secure, but setup took a minute"
Overall, it feels secure enough and I like that there are solid privacy controls. I did have to poke around for a bit to get everything set up the way I wanted, though. Not a huge deal, just a little confusing at first.
"Really good value for the price"
I’ve been using Tally for a few months now , and I’m happy with the pricing . The free plan already gives you a lot to work with , and upgrading doesn’t feel like a big hit compared to some other form tools . It does what I need without charging for every little thing , which I really appreciate . Definitely feels like a solid deal for small projects .

"Pretty easy form to fill out"
i mean, the form was easy to answer overall. It did get a bit slow sometimes, but nothing too frustrating.

"Kinda handy for quick workflow automations"
It works well with Zapier and has been useful for setting up quick automations. I just kinda wish the setup steps were a little clearer in some places.

"Works well enough on my phone"
I’ve been using tally.so mostly from my phone, and my quick test is always simple: does it load fast, fit the screen, and let me get through the form without pinching and zooming like crazy? So far, yes. The forms look clean on mobile and everything feels easy to read and use.
I’m giving it 4 stars because editing on a smaller screen can still feel a little fiddly at times. But my shortcut for judging tools is whether they make me think less, not more, and overall Tally passes that test. It’s simple, works fine, and gets the job done.

"Embedding it was way easier than I expected"
I was a little worried it might be a hassle to set up, but it ended up being super easy. Tried it out and it worked well right away, which was such a relief.

"Pretty much has everything I needed"
I use Tally for a few months now, and it had almost everything I need for making forms. Logic, payments, file uploads, hidden fields, email notifications, it’s all there, and it wasn’t really hard to get going.
I like that I don’t have to keep jumping into a bunch of other tools just to handle basic stuff. A few settings was a little tricky to find at first, but overall it feel complete and easy to work with.

"I really wanted this to work because it..."
I really wanted this to work because it seemed like it should be simple enough, and at first I was kind of optimistic. But wow, even trying to make a basic form turned into a whole thing. I kept clicking around, getting lost in the menus, and then wondering if I was missing something obvious. Maybe it’s great once you learn it, but for something simple, it felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. Not terrible, I guess, just definitely not for me.

"I’ve been using tally for the forms..."
I’ve been using tally for the forms on my small site and the email notifications have been super reliable. They come in fast and I haven’t had any randomly go missing so far. It’s a simple thing but it really matters. I’m happy with it

"Pretty handy for multilingual forms"
I’ve been using tally for a small project with people filling things out in English, Spanish, and French, the multilingual setup was surprisingly straightforward. I was expecting to have to create three separate forms because apparently that’s still a thing with some tools, but thankfully I could keep it all in one place.
That said, a few labels were weirdly tucked away and took me longer to find than they probably should have. But overall, it works well, and having one form link for different languages is genuinely convenient

"I gave Tally a try because I needed..."
I gave Tally a try because I needed to throw together a quick form for a small project, and I was surprised by how fast it was. I didn’t have to sit through tutorials or overthink anything, I just added my questions, tweaked a few things, and shared the link. Super easy.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of settings took me a minute to track down, but it wasn’t a big deal. For a simple form, it did exactly what I needed and saved me a bunch of time, which I really appreciated.
"Honestly, such an easy setup"
I was kind of expecting the Notion and Slack integrations to be a whole little headache, but nope, it connected easily. I went from mildly annoyed at the thought of setting it up to relieved once it just worked. Nothing dramatic, no fuss, just does what I needed

"Clean and easy to figure out"
i mean, Tally.so is really straightforward to use. The interface is clean, and I didn’t have to spend much time figuring out where everything was. Creating forms feels smooth and not cluttered like some other tools I’ve tried. A few settings could be a little easier to find, but overall it’s a clean, nice experience.

"Payment collection just worked. Setup was quick, payments..."
Payment collection just worked. Setup was quick, payments went through fine, and I didn’t have to waste time figuring anything out. If anything went wrong, it definitely wasn’t because of this.
